Headphones and speakers maker Sol Republic has been sold to Michigan-based HoMedics. The compan was formerly based in Wilsonville but moved much of its operation to its San Francisco office. It’s joining HoMedics audio brands, which include The House of Marley, HMDX Audio and Jam Audio.
